Delivery Information

Here at Infinite Computing, we believe getting your item to you, safely, on time and as you expected is one of the most important aspects of online shopping. Below, you'll find all the information on the companies we use to ship your pacels. 

DPD - Local.

If your item comes from our warehouse directly, we'll use DPD Local. DPD Local have a state of the art tracking system, right down to seeing the van on a map. You can rearrange your delivery, leave in safe space and more right through their portal. DPD is an award-winning courier service in its own right offering an advanced delivery service that is second to none. DPD have a very good reputation for delivering parcels on time, safely - hence why we use them. If you have any issues, Infinite Computing and DPD Local will ensure they are resolved.

You can pick Next day, Next day pre-noon, Next day pre 10:30, Saturday, Saturday pre-noon & Sunday delivery. 

TNT / Fedex.

Some of our suppliers use TNT / Fedex, if your item is coming directly from them. They have a very good tracking system with the ability to rearrange delivery or leave with nieghbour or safe place right from their portal. We only offer Next Day at this moment in time.

DPD - Red.

See above with DPD Local.

Parcelforce

One of our suppliers uses Parcelforce, if your item is coming directly from them. Pacelforce again, have a very good tracking page with options to rearrange or leave in safe place / leave with nieghbour.

Overview

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and surrounding areas, including but not limited to, England, Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Guernsey and more. Shipping to the EU is possible, please contact support for assistance. 

We do not use Hermes, Yodel or the likes. We want your parcel to arrive in one piece at your door, not in 6 pieces on your roof or in the local river...

If you miss your delivery, we'll do our best to help and most delivery partners will try again the next day. However it is your responsibility to ensure you're around for the delivery or to re-arrange the delivery if you won't be.
